Source of applicants

If the company regularly recruits applicants from many different sources such as applying directly, using the recruitment website or social networks, etc. It’s essential to track and manage these recruitment sources to help you find which sources are really effective and focus the strategy on them.

Settings of Applicants Sources

To set up the Source of Applicants feature, you have to activate the Developer mode at first.

After successful activation, navigate to Recruitment module > Configuration > Sources > +New and type the name of the source:

Configure the mechanism of auto-recording the applicants’ sources

Through the specific email of each source

Navigate to the dashboard of Recruiment, press to the configuration area of each job position, choose Trackers:

Press New to create new sources, URL links and Email for each job position:

In which:

  • Source: Choose the created source in the list.

  • Job: The job position.

  • Url Parameters: The system will auto-generate a specific url the position that correspond with the source. It mean each source of each job position will have one specific url.

  • Email: You can press the Generate Email button to generate an email for posting it in other recruiment websites.

Management of Applicants Sources

The sources of applicants can be generated automatically when a candidate submits his/her application to the above email or from the company’s jobs site. However, you can also enter these sources manually.

Using the filters and grouping on the applications list helps you know which source the applicants come from and the number of applicants.
