Manage invoicing address and delivery address in Sales¶
During the sales process, customers may require you to deliver to different shipping and billing addresses. The Sales app in Viindoo system supports setting up different addresses for customers to meet this requirement.
Multiple customers addresses configuration in Contacts app¶
Go to Contacts app, select an existing partner and edit or create a new one.

In the Contacts & Addresses tab, hit Add to add Invoice Address and Delivery Address for this partner.

Select either Invoice Address or Delivery Address and enter the related information into the contact form.

Press Save & Close and the Invoice Address and Delivery Address are now visible on the view.

How to use customer addresses in sales¶
Navigate to the sales application and create a new quotation/sales order. In the quotation/sales order, you select a customer for whom you have set up the invoice address and shipping address.

After the sales order is confirmed, you access the delivery note of the sales order.

In the Delivery Address field, the software will automatically suggest one of the customer’s shipping addresses that you have set up in their contact information. In cases where the customer has multiple shipping addresses, you can choose a different address to deliver to for this sales order.

After you have completed the delivery to the customer, you can click the Create Invoice button on the sales order.

On the draft invoice, the invoice address information of the customer will be automatically populated based on the invoice address information you have set up in the contact of the customer.

Invoice Address and Delivery Address are now displayed on online orders with the respective fields.
