Sales Target Management¶
Sales target is a fixed amount of desired product/service sold that a company set up for each individual, each team to achieve in a determined period. Sales target management helps managers measure the efficiencies of sales activities in order to have an adequate strategy to increase sales.
Sales target app installation¶
To manage sales targets on Viindoo software, you need to install Sales Target application. You can access Viindoo Apps and search for the keyword Sales Target, then click on Activate button.

User access rights¶
Before using the Sales Target app, it’s necessary to understand the available user access rights for this app. The Sales Target app access rights is depending on the Sales App access rights. On top of it, there are also some specific access rights applied for the sales target, such as:
User: Own Documents Only: can view personal sales target and their team’s sales target.
Sales: Team Leader: can view/create team sales target và personal sales target for each member of the sales team that this person is in charge of.
Regional Manager: can view/create/approve team and personal sales target of the team in the sales region that this person is in charge of.
User: All Documents and Administrator: view/create/approve all team and personal sales targets.

Create team sales target¶
To create a team sales target, navigate to

General information¶
From here, add the following information:
Sales Team: select the team that this target will be applied to.
Start Date: the first date this target will be valid.
End Date: the last day of the period this target will be applied.
Target: total value of the desired sales that the team needs to reach during the determined period.

Personal Sales Target tab¶
The sales team members are displayed on the Personal Sales Target tab. The team sales target is equally allocated to each member of the team. You can flexibly change the target value of each team member.

Sales KPI tab¶
When the team sales target is approved, the sales order revenue happened during the determined period will be automatically updated to the respective targets.
Sales Total: total sales value before tax from the sales orders.
Invoiced Total: total invoiced sales value.
All channels Sales Total: total sales from all channels (Sales, Point of Sales, Website, etc.). For the Sales app, only the value of invoiced sales orders is included.
The Target Reached rate of each target is automatically calculated respectively.

Note
In case the multi-currencies feature is enabled, the total sales target will be calculated in the company’s currency.
Once all the information is corrected, press Confirm to request target approval.
Note
Each salesperson or sales team can have only one sales target assigned in a determined period of time. For example: If the Sales team already has a sales target assigned for the period from 18/01/2024 to 31/01/2024, you no longer can create another sales target for this team and its member for the same time interval.
After reviewing the team sales target, the manager press Approve to activate the team sales target.

The sales target management helps managers closely monitor the sales activities of each team, make timely decisions, and appropriate adjustments to accomplish the set goal.
In the Team Sales Target menu, you can find a sub-statistical menu for each sales target status, including Draft Targets, To Approve, Approved, Done, and Refused.

You can select the respective menu according to your needs. You can also see the sales target of the team that you are managing and have access rights granted to by removing the default filter and grouping.

Manage personal sales target¶
To view personal sales target, navigate to

You can view the sales target of each team member that you are managing when you are granted the adequate access rights granted, by removing the default filter My Sales Target.

On the above sales target statistical view, you can use the suitable views together with filters and grouping tool to create dynamic report according to your management needs.
