Activate E-Sign feature to confirm order¶

Viindoo Sales app helps save time and effort on order confirmation for customers by using the online signature feature.

This tutorial requires the installation of the following applications/modules:

Online Signature feature¶

When you activate the Sales application, Online Signature feature will be automatically enabled. You can navigate to Sales > Settings, scroll down to the Quotations & Orders section to view it. You can disable this feature if you’re not using it by unchecking the box next to Online Signature and then clicking Save.

How to confirm orders using online signature¶

Navigate to the Sales app, create a quotation and send an email to the customer. You can refer to How to create Sales Quotation and Sales Order.

In the confirmation email, the customer clicks on Accept & Sign Quotation to go to the quotation view.

On the quotation view, the customer click on Accept & Sign button.

Then the customer enter full name and click on Accept & Sign at last.

Online signature completion will be recorded in the chat box of the orders. After the customer signs the confirmation, the quotation will automatically change its status to a sales order.
