Business Nature on Viindoo Portal¶
Updating your Business Nature helps Viindoo accurately understand your business operations, recommend suitable applications and tools, provide proper documentation and services tailored to your business type and scale, and reduce the time required to process your support requests.
Follow these steps to ensure complete and accurate information.
Access your Portal Account¶
To get started, you need to log in to your Viindoo Portal account. This account allows you to conveniently manage your company information and related services. Follow the instructions below to log in:

Update your Business Nature¶
After logging in, scroll down to the Company Profile section to enter and update all required information. Providing accurate information helps Viindoo understand your business better and deliver the most suitable applications and management workflows.

1. Industry¶
The Industry reflects the main field in which your company operates. Based on this, Viindoo will automatically recommend workflows, applications, and reports specific to each sector.

Agriculture: Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing
Mining: Mining and Quarrying
Manufacturing: Manufacturing
Energy Supply: Electricity, Gas, Steam, and Air Conditioning Supply
Water Supply: Water Supply; Wastewater and Waste Treatment and Remediation
Construction: Construction
Wholesale/Retail: Wholesale and Retail trade; Repair and Selling of Motor vehicles and Motorcycles
Transportation/Logistics: Transportation and Storage
Food/Hospitality: Accommodation and Food Service
IT/Communication: Information and Communication
Finance/Insurance: Financial, Banking, and Insurance Activities
Real Estate: Real Estate activities
Scientific: Professional, Scientific and Technical Activities
Administrative/Utilities: Administrative and Support service activities
Public Administration: Public administration and Defence; Compulsory social security
Education: Education

2. Business Type¶
The Business Type indicates how your company operates commercially within the supply chain. Selecting the correct type helps Viindoo set up appropriate workflows for purchasing, sales, and inventory management.

Examples:
Wholesaler: Sells goods in bulk, typically to retailers
Retailer: Sells goods directly to consumers
Exporter: Exports goods to foreign markets
Contractor: Provides services based on contractual projects
Service Provider: Offers intangible services like IT, consulting, or repair

3. Employee Size¶
This is the actual number of employees currently working at your company. Choose according to the current headcount:
≤ 10 employees
10 - 19 employees
20 - 49 employees
50 - 249 employees
250 - 999 employees
≥ 1000 employees

4. Enterprise Scale¶
Enterprise Scale is classified based on workforce, revenue, or charter capital.
How to choose: use the following basic guide:
Micro Enterprise: ≤ 10 employees
Small Enterprise: < 50 employees
Medium Enterprise: < 250 employees
Large Enterprise: ≤ 1000 employees
Very Large Enterprise: > 1000 employees

Always choose according to your official size; do not exaggerate.
5. Ownership Type¶
The Ownership Type indicates the legal structure your company is registered under with government authorities. This information helps Viindoo comply with contracts, invoicing, and reporting regulations correctly.

How to choose:
Private Company: A privately held business not traded on public markets
Public Company: A company whose shares are traded on public stock exchanges
State-Owned Enterprise: Owned or controlled by the government
Non-Profit Organization: Operates for purposes other than generating profit
Cooperative: Owned and operated by a group of individuals for their mutual benefit
Partnership: Owned and operated by two or more individuals sharing profits and liabilities
Sole Proprietorship: Owned and managed entirely by one individual.
Foreign-Owned Enterprise: Majority ownership by non-domestic entity or investors
Joint Venture: Business entity created by two or more parties for a specific project
Government Agency: A government branch or administrative unit providing public services
