Viindoo is responsible for ensuring the legality of the content provided on the website to users. All information, images, and content posted on the website comply with legal regulations and are in line with Vietnamese customs and traditions.
1. Interpretation of Terms¶
Viindoo: The abbreviated name for Viindoo Technology Joint Stock Company.
Website: The information system of Viindoo Technology Joint Stock Company, including electronic information pages built and operated to provide and use information in the online space.
Website Content: Includes all information, data, documents, resources, texts, designs, graphics, interfaces, images, audio files, inventions, trademarks, trade names, Viindoo logos, products, services, trade secrets, or other materials of Viindoo that are posted and/or created on the Website. All Website Content is legally owned and belongs to Viindoo.
Terms of Use: The terms and conditions of using the Website as stated here and posted on the Website.
User: Individuals and/or organizations accessing the Website to engage with and use the Website Content.
2. Intellectual property rights¶
The Website and the Website Content are owned by Viindoo and/or third parties who have licensed their use to Viindoo. These are protected under the Vietnamese Law on Intellectual Property and other relevant legal regulations.
Users have no rights, claims, or interests related to the Website Content. Users agree not to make any statements or take any actions to assert, establish, or enforce rights or claims over the Website Content.
Except in the following cases: (i) as stipulated in Article 4.1; (ii) with prior written consent from Viindoo; or (iii) as permitted by Vietnamese laws, the following actions will be considered violations of Viindoo’s intellectual property rights:
Any act of using, copying, recycling, republishing, modifying, storing, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, renting, leasing, selling, or commercially exploiting any Website Content in any manner;
Distributing, translating, altering, decoding, creating derivative works, or tampering with the Website Content in any way;
Any other actions that infringe upon intellectual property rights as defined by the Vietnamese laws on Intellectual Property and related legal regulations.
3. Rights and Obligations of Viindoo¶
Viindoo reserves the right to modify and/or discontinue any part or all of the Website Content and features without prior notice to Users.
Viindoo has the right to implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information.
When using the Website, information may be transmitted through means or devices beyond Viindoo’s control. Therefore, Viindoo is not responsible for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the transmission of data or other information related to the use of the Website.
Viindoo may use personal information such as addresses, emails, and phone numbers provided voluntarily by Users on the Website to improve products and services. 5. Restrictions¶
Viindoo does not permit the use of Website Content for any of the following purposes:
Inciting, dividing, or opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Violating others’ personal freedoms; and/or defaming, slandering, or disparaging others; and/or causing harm or disadvantage to others.
Disrupting public order.
Committing acts that violate Vietnamese law.
Distributing third-party information without their consent.
Transmitting virus-infected files that could damage and/or impair the operation of other electronic devices.
Using robots, spiders, or any other methods to monitor and collect Website Content for any reuse purposes without prior written consent from Viindoo.
Using any device, software, or method to interfere with or intentionally disrupt the operation of the Website.
Engaging in any illegal actions and/or those prohibited by Vietnamese law.
Infringing on the rights and legitimate interests of Viindoo.
Any actions that Viindoo unilaterally deems inappropriate or harmful to Viindoo.
6. Limitations and Liability¶
By using this Website, the User agrees to and accepts the potential risks, and Viindoo is exempt from liability to the User in the following cases:

7. Miscellaneous¶
These Terms and Conditions of Using Website shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Each provision within these Terms of Use is distinct and separable. If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected and continue to be in full force and effect.
These Terms of Use, along with any other terms/agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Viindoo and the User regarding the use of the Website Content. Viindoo may modify these Terms of Use at any time by updating them on the Website. Users are advised to regularly check the Website for any updates to these binding terms.
Any dispute, argument, complaint, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms of Use must be promptly communicated by Viindoo and the User and shall first be resolved through mutual consultations with the intention of reaching amicable agreement. If the Parties fail to reach agreement regarding the question, dispute or difference, the arising question, dispute or difference shall be settled by the competent People’s Court in Hai Phong under the Vietnamese Laws. Every expense/fee related to the dispute settlement of the prevailing Party, including but not limited to transportation costs, attorney’s fees, court fees, and other relevant administrative fees shall be borne by the losing Party.
