Backup system data¶
During your use of Viindoo, you may need to backup system data. This article will guide you to do that.
Log in to Viindoo.com with your account.
Go to account management by click to My Viindoo.
Go to the list of instances by clicking on the menu Viindoo Instances.
Select the instance you want to backup.
Click Backup button, enter the login password and click the Confirm button to start the backup process. Please wait a few minutes for the backup process.
After the Backup process complete, navigate to the Tab Backups. All backup files will be display in detail. If you download which backup file, click Download button.
The system will navigate to an instruction page. These are the steps that must be followed if you want to restore this backup to any other system to avoid activities on this new system affecting the real system.
Click Download Backup to save data.
To restore the system, click Backup Tab, select Restore button. Enter the login password and click the Confirm button.
