Reports according to Vietnam Accounting Standard¶
The reports cluster according to Vietnam Accounting Standard is located in the Viindoo Accounting app for Vietnamese companies. This set of financial reports includes:
Balance Sheet;
Profit and Loss;
Cash Flow Statement.
To use this feature, you need to install the following modules:
Navigate to Accounting > Reporting > Vietnam.
Balance Sheet (B01-DN)¶
A balance sheet reflects the o enterprise’s assets and equity at a certain point in time.
You can flexibly choose how to view the report with different criteria such as No Comparison, Comparison with previous period/same period last year, or custom criteria to have an overview and easy for the analysis of the data creation.
For the general indicators, you can expand to see the detailed value of each accounting account, by using arrows and clicking on each account to go to General Ledger or the Journal Items.
Example: Journal items linked to the Balance sheet are shown as follows:
Profit and Loss (B02-DN)¶
To see the revenue, cost, or profit targets, you will use the B02-DN form.
Choose to display information on this report by journal. For example: if you select the Vendor Bills journal, the data displayed on the report are cost-related ones only.
Similar to the view method on the Balance Sheet, the system also allows you to view details of each journal item by clicking on General Ledger or Journal Items.
Cash Flow Statement (B03-DN)¶
This report reflects information related to the fluctuation of cash.
Information on this report is also displayed in different formats such as comparison between periods or detail tracking by journal.
All the above reports can be downloaded in PDF and Excel formats for printing or saving purposes, or add a summary to each report.
The accounting books and report forms are developed by Viindoo in accordance with the standards provided by the Vietnam Ministry of Finance, such as Account Detail Sheet, General Ledger, Trial Balance, etc. These reports are dynamic, the administrators can view them at any time, thereby accelerating the capture of opportunities as well as controlling the financial health of the business.
