Introduction of Sales in Viindoo

This article will guide you through the installation and access rights settings in the Viindoo Sales app.

Sales app installation

To install, you need to access Viindoo Apps and search for the Sales app.

After entering Viindoo Apps, type sales on the search bar, select the Sales app, and press Install.

Access rights settings

Navigate to Setting ‣ General Settings ‣ Manage Users to edit the user’s access rights.

There are 3 default roles in the system:

  • User: Own Documents Only: The user can only create, edit, and view their own data in the Sales app.

  • User: All Documents: The user can create, edit, and view all data in the Sales app.

  • Administrator: The user can create, edit, view all the data, and view the reports. Besides, this user also has the right to configure the Sales app.

To add the Sale Team Leader and the Regional Manager role, install the Sales Teams Advanced module from Viindoo Apps (please refer to Manage sales team).

  • Sales Team Leader: The user account can only view, create, edit the data, and view the reports of his/her team member.

  • Regional Manager: The user account can view, create, edit the data, view the reports of every member within the region he/she is in charge of. Besides, they also have the access to configure the company’s sales team.
