What it does
This bridge module makes a salary disbursement run (hr.salary.disbursement)
an approvable unit. Once installed, a payroll officer cannot execute a disbursement
(create the salary payments and reconcile the net-pay payable) until a linked
approval request of type Salary Disbursement has been approved. Refusing or
cancelling that approval automatically reverts the disbursement - the payments are
unwound and the net-pay payable is reopened - without touching the payslip
accounting entry.
