Instruction
Instruction video: HR Attendance Validation
1. Automatically calculate the time to come late and leave early based on the working schedule set up on the employee contract.
Navigate to Attendances > Attendances to see the number of hours of late coming and early leave by employee and day by day.

2. Check Auto Check-out for individuals who forget to check out 10 hours after the check-in time, based on their work schedule.
For example, your business is applying a 40-hour/week schedule from Monday to Friday, with a 1-day working time is 8:00 - 12:00, and 13:00 - 17:00.
- If you check in in the morning (from 8:00:00) and forget to check out, after 18:00:00 the system will automatically check out and enter the check-out time as 12:00:00 on the same day at the attendance entry from that employee.

- If you check in in the afternoon (from 13:00:00) and forget to check out, after 23:00:00 the system will automatically check out and enter the check-out time as 17:00:00 on the same day in the attendance entry from that employee.

3. Use filters in the Attendance app for data management purposes.
