- Add a table of Participated Organizations, with following information:
- Organization: Select from a custom-defined list.
- Card Number, Start Date, End Date, Place of Admission, Position.
 
- VAT is linked directly from private contact records for accuracy and time-saving.
 
- Departmental Enhancements:
- Add two fields (Function and Mission) for departments to allow users to input detailed descriptions of departmental responsibilities.
- Support multilingual department names for international businesses.
 
- Expanded Role-Based Permissions:
- Users with roles like HR Officer: Manage All Employees and Contact Creator can securely update private employee records, including:
- Email (email)
- Phone (phone)
