Viindoo AI - Approval Desk
Brings your approval desk into the assistant, and writes an AI risk advisory
for the person who has to decide.
The approval desk, in words
Ask the assistant what is waiting for you and it answers from your own
To Approve list - the same rows, no more and no fewer. Ask it to raise a
request, or to approve or refuse one, and it does exactly what the Odoo button
does.
- See your queue - "what approvals am I waiting on?" returns your pending
approval requests with their type, who raised them, the deadline and, where
one was produced, the AI risk advisory. An empty desk is answered as an empty
desk, never as an inability to look.
- Raise a request - describe what you need approved and the request is
created in your own name and submitted to its approvers in one step. You stay
its owner, so you can still cancel or reset it yourself.
- Approve or refuse - a confirmation card names the request you are
deciding on, by reference and title, before the decision is recorded.
Under your own rights, always
All four capabilities run as you. There is no elevation, and no way to ask for
one: the approval engine decides in Python who may confirm, approve or refuse
each request, and the assistant only calls it. Where you may not act you are
refused in the same words the button gives you, and nothing on the record
changes.
AI risk advisory for the approver
An approval type can name an AI agent that reviews each incoming request and
posts a short risk assessment - a score and its reasoning - to the request's
chatter before anyone decides. The advisory is advice for a human. It never
approves, refuses, or blocks anything.
