Viindoo AI - Approval Adapter (P-OPS-2)
Wires the propose -> DECIDE step of the AI operating model. When
viin.ai.action.proposal.action_route() routes a proposal to pending,
this adapter submits it as a viin.approval.request through the
OmniApproval engine and keeps the two records in sync.
Key behavior
- Submit to approval - a pending proposal creates a confirmed
viin.approval.request linked both ways. Evidence (trace, prompt
snapshot, iteration index) travels with the request.
- 2-way state sync - approving the request marks the proposal
approved; refusing marks it rejected; cancelling returns it to
draft (re-routable).
- Sudo / high-risk enforcement - a proposal whose tool runs as sudo, or
whose risk level is medium/high, can never auto-execute. It is forced
through human approval.
- Community fallback execution - when viin_workflow_automation is not
installed, an approved proposal executes its underlying
ir.actions.server (state ai_prompt) in a single conservative step,
then reaches state executed. The Enterprise workflow path
(retry / escalation) is out of scope (P-OPS-3).
