Cost has two parts. Implementation, paid once: small and mid-sized forwarders use the all-inclusive Express package, with consulting, project management and training. Monthly running cost: Viindoo Cloud, billed per user, monthly or yearly, including hosting, backups, updates and technical support. At the demo, Viindoo gives you a concrete plan for your company.
No. Start where it hurts most, such as quoting, bookings or profit per shipment. Get one workflow running well, then add air freight, road freight, consolidation or other areas as you grow, on the same system.
Not out of the box. Your team updates milestones, or AI reads them from the carrier's PDFs. Connecting to a specific carrier's system is scoped as a separate development after the assessment.
It calculates the free-time end date of each container from the actual arrival and the free days, so your team can act before charges start. The charges themselves are recorded as a cost line on the shipment, usually as an on-behalf payment.
Upload a carrier booking confirmation, an SI (FCL or LCL), an ocean B/L or an arrival notice. AI proposes the values with a confidence level for each field, and your staff review before applying. Other document types can be set up. You use your own AI provider account and key; Viindoo does not resell AI.
Declarations are still filed on the customs system (VNACCS). Viindoo keeps the filing deadline, filing time and release time on each shipment and can remind the person in charge before the deadline.
