With nearly two decades of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise management, and digital transformation implementation across diverse industries, Ms. Jane Nguyen brings exceptional expertise to this key role. She has previously held:
- Top 10 Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant for SMEs, certified by the Ministry of Planning & Investment and USAID
- Trainer and Coach for the USAID IPSC Program, focused on enhancing Vietnam’s private sector competitiveness.
- Keieijuku Strategy Director, trained by Japan’s JICA with a cross-disciplinary approach to management, systems, and leadership.
- Senior Advisor for digital transformation and operational system projects in manufacturing, distribution, and services
Her deep expertise, inspiring leadership, systems thinking, and cross-sector coordination experience in ERP–strategy–data integration projects form a solid foundation for her new role as CSTO at Viindoo.
Before taking on the role of CSTO, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Viindoo. However, given her deep expertise in strategic consulting and organizational-level digital transformation, the transition to Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer not only allows her to fully leverage her core strengths, but also clearly reflects Viindoo’s direction to elevate its consulting services - from technology implementation to comprehensive strategic solutions.
