On September 25, 2024, at the headquarters of Cao Bang Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Cao Bang IMEXCO), Viindoo Technology Joint Stock Company (Viindoo) and Cao Bang IMEXCO officially launched the project to implement Viindoo Enterprise Management Software for the Ngoc Xuan Supermarket Chain, marking the first step in a comprehensive digital transformation journey for one of Cao Bang's leading retail supermarket chains.
Ngoc Xuan Supermarket Chain established in 2007, Ngoc Xuan Supermarket is one of the first retail entities in Cao Bang province. The supermarket system offers a wide range of products, from food, personal care, electronics, to household items. In addition to its headquarters located at Group 9, Ngoc Xuan Ward, Cao Bang City, the system has expanded with several branches in districts such as Hoa An, Thach An, Cao Binh, and stores like Ngoc Xuan 1 and Ngoc Xuan 3 to meet the shopping needs of residents across the province.

After two demonstrations of the software's features and several in-depth sessions to clarify the specific requirements of the retail system, both sides reached an agreement and decided to sign a contract to implement Viindoo Enterprise Management Software for the chain of six retail supermarkets and convenience stores across Cao Bang province.
The project officially kicked off with the goal of fully digitizing the management operations of Ngoc Xuan Supermarket Chain. The 10-weeks implementation focuses on the standard features of Viindoo, including the management of purchasing, sales, inventory, and invoicing at retail point of sale. Notably, the project integrates MISA E-invoice system, which automates the issuance and management of invoices, ensuring compliance with current regulations on e-invoicing.
With Viindoo software, the leadership of Cao Bang IMEXCO will be able to monitor the performance of the entire supermarket chain easily, enabling timely and accurate business decisions to meet the ever-growing demands of the retail market.
