On May 10, 2025, the specialized workshop "Breakthrough with AI: Understand Correctly - Use Properly - Organize Effectively" took place at the Hai Phong Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality. The event brought together nearly 100 representatives from the Keieijuku Hai Phong Business Club and other local enterprises. Hosted by the Hai Phong Association for Human Resources and Talent Development, the workshop aimed to help local businesses apply AI in a practical, strategic, and effective way.
Understand correctly - use properly: AI is an assistant, not a miracle
The workshop began with a foundational training session led by Nguyen Thi Hong Hue - Head of Marketing at Viindoo Technology JSC, titled "Understand Correctly - Use Properly: Practical AI Training for Businesses".
This session addressed common misconceptions about AI:
- AI cannot replace humans in strategic thinking, ethics, or decision-making.
- ChatGPT and generative tools don't "know everything" - they respond based on probability.
- Businesses need to develop "communication skills" with AI to maximize its utility.

- Ms. Dao Thi Thanh Ngan - Deputy Head of Strategy, Tien Phong Plastic JSC, a senior strategic planner and digital transformation leader formerly with Vingroup, FLC Group, OceanGroup...
- Mr. Dang Thanh Tung - Production Director, Tachi Cable, and project lead of a USAID IPSC-supported digital transformation project involving the digitization of over 3,000 product datasets and 25 factory processes.
- Mr. Pham Hoang Giang - Head of Internal Systems at Viindoo, AI Solutions Architect responsible for designing and developing ERP systems powered by AI.
