What it does
This is the bridge module between Document Management System and Project.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_document_project.
- Press Install.
 
Instruction
Check the default data
1. Master data.
After installing the module, the Viindoo Documents management app will auto-create the data to help you link with the Project app.
To check these data, navigate to Documents app > Master Data and check the following menus:
 
 
 
You can create suitable Tags that belong to these tag categories.
2. Document Generation Rules.
To see the Document generation rule, navigate to Documents > Configuration > Document Generation Rule, and find the Project and Task rules.
 
 
 
 
 
How it works
1. Upload the document onto the system.
Navigate to Projects > Task, and select the project-related document. At the chatter section, press the Pin icon and press Add attachments to attach documents in image, pdf, docs, etc format. You can see more details at Upload documents from the chatter section.
 
2. Check the documents.
After attaching the documents to the task, go to the Documents app, and select the Project workspace, you will find the attached documents here. Select a document, and the right side of the document will show the corresponding actions.
