What it does
Our Enterprise Management software gives you the feature to automatically attach affiliate codes to leads/opportunities when a customer creates a contact form/livechat on the Website.
Key Features
- When a customer comes to the Website by an affiliate link, if the customer uses livechat, the system can create an opportunity from the livechat with the /lead command. The affiliate code will then be automatically attached to the opportunity.
- When a customer comes to the Website with an affiliate link, if the customer submits a contact form to create an opportunity, the system will automatically attach the collaborator code to that opportunity.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.

To be able to use the feature of this module, you need to install the Affiliate Management <https://viindoo.com/apps/app/16.0/viin_affiliate> app and Website Affiliate so that partners can register as affiliate with your business. On the Affiliate app, each affiliate will have a unique code.
Affiliates can create links (called affiliate links) and share for customers to visit your Website homepage.
Customers who come to your website can leave contact and become your lead/opportunity. And if these leads/opportunities are successful, you need to know which affiliate created it to be able to split the commission.
So in this article, we will show you how to use this module to automatically attach affiliates to the leads/opportunities generated by their shared links.
1. Attach the affiliate code to the opportunity using live chat
- Step 1: Users access the website through the affiliate link of the collaborator. Then click Chat online consultation in the bottom corner of the screen to display the chat box with the system administrator.
- Step 2: User sends message in chat box. At this time, in the Discuss app, the Administrator will also receive the message.
- Step 3: The Administrator uses the /lead syntax to create a lead/opportunity right in the conversation. Then navigate to ththe CRM app, click on the lead/opportunity you just created and then select the Affiliate Info tab. The user will see the affiliate code that was automatically attached.
2. Attach the affiliate code to the opportunity by using Contact on the Website
- Step 1: First, the Administrator need to create sales teams in the CRM app and configure in Settings > Website > Communication.
- Step 2: The user communicates with the administrator through the Contact form on the Website. The system will then automatically generate a related lead.
- Note: To be able to generate leads from the Contact form, the Administrator navigate to Website > Edit, select the Send button in the Action field and select Create an Opportunity.
- Step 3: Navigate to CRM > Leads and click on the lead created in step 2. At this time, you will see the affiliate code automatically associated with the lead in the Affiliate Code field in the Affiliate Info tab.
