Description
This is a bridge module between the Affiliate app and the CRM app, allowing Businesses to easily categorize and track leads/opportunities coming from affiliates.
 
Key Features
- Add Affiliate Info tab on each lead/opportunity created, supporting easily recording leads/opportunities coming from the affiliate on the view of the CRM app.
- Add Opportunity smart button, supporting quick statistics of leads/opportunities quantity with the corresponding affiliate code on the Affiliate app.
- Add Lead Count criterion in the Measures of Affiliate Effectiveness Report on the Affiliate app, supporting analysis and evaluation of the implemented affiliate marketing program’s effectiveness.

Instruction video: Affiliate CRM Integration
1. Link leads/opportunities with affiliate code.
On the leads/opportunities view, add the Affiliate Info tab to record the affiliate's code to help you identify which leads/opportunities comes from. This affiliate code will be recorded with the following two cases:
- The system automatically recognizes the corresponding affiliate code if the leads/opportunities arises from the affiliate marketing activities on the Website. To use this feature you need to use the module Website Affiliate.
- On each lead/opportunity, the user will proceed to select the affiliate code.
 
2. Statistics of related leads/opportunities on Affiliate Code.
 
3. Add the criterion Lead Count on the affiliate effectiveness report.
Navigate to Affiliate > Reports > Affiliate Effectiveness Report then select the measures as Lead Count to view the leads/opportunities analysis report generated from an affiliate program over a specific period of time.
