Demo video: Purchase Confirmation Backdate
Key Features
By default, when you validate or approve a purchase order, the system will take the current date and time for the Confirmation Date. This is sometimes not what you want, especially when you want to validate the purchase order which was actually confirmed in the past.
Solution
This module allows you to select a day in the past to be the confirmation date of this purchase order (PO). When you validate a PO, a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the confirmation date.
Authorization
By default, only users of the group "Purchase / Administrator" will be able to carry out backdate operations in the Purchase application. Other users must be granted the access group Purchase Backdate Operations before they can do so.
Supported Editions
- Community Edition
- Enterprise Edition
Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_purchase_backdate.
- Press Install.
