What it does
- Currently, users can only fill in a person's resume once they are already an employee. However, by the time a business receives applications, the human resources department may already have this information and expect to manage them. The Applicant Resumé module will solve this problem.
- In addition, this module also allows you to get all resume information from the applicant profile to the employee profile if that applicant is hired. This will save your time.

Installation
- Navigate to App.
- Search with keyword to_hr_skills_recruitment.
- Press Install.

- This feature will help reduce the workload for the recruitment department. Firstly, go to Recruitment > Applications > All Applications > Create an application > Add information about skills, resume.
- When clicking Create employee on the application form, the system will automatically copy the skills and resumé information from the applicant profile to the employee profile.
- The result will be as follows.
- In addition, you can search for applicants by skill.
- Or search for applicants by resumé.
