What it does
Bridge between Assets, Equipment, and Inventory — so a single warehouse transfer can create both the fixed asset record and the maintenance equipment record, keeping financial and operational data in sync.
Automatically installed when both to_stock_asset and to_stock_equipment are present.
Key Features
Unified Asset–Equipment Link
- Each asset can reference its corresponding maintenance equipment, and each equipment shows its current asset status (Running, Closed, Disposed…).
- The system prevents two active assets from sharing the same equipment.
Assignment During Warehouse Transfer
- When transferring products to the asset allocation location, assign the equipment directly to a Department, Employee, or other responsible party — right on the detailed operations screen.
- The assignment propagates automatically to the equipment record and clears when the asset is returned to stock.
Reporting & Traceability
- Group and filter the asset analysis report by Equipment, Employee, or Department.
- Navigate from an asset to its equipment's maintenance requests, or from equipment to its asset's depreciation history.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_stock_asset_equipment.
- Press Install.
Instruction
Step 1: Create a product.
Step 2: Create a purchase order.
Step 3: Receive goods and auto-create the equipment on the Maintenance app.
Step 4: Asset Allocation.
Step 5: Check asset information.
Step 6: Check the Maintenance requests attached to the equipment.
