Context
Based on Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee of the 13th Party Congress, officially effective from July 1, 2025, this module supports the reorganization of provincial-level administrative units, transitioning to a two-tier government model (provincial and communal levels).
