On March 27, 2024, at the headquarters of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (EVNPECC3), a significant milestone in EVNPECC3's digital transformation journey was marked by the contract signing ceremony for the implementation of Phase 2 of the Enterprise Management System between Viindoo Technology Joint Stock Company (Viindoo) and EVNPECC3. The ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both sides, affirming the importance and high expectations for this project.

Implementation Roadmap for Phase 2
Phase 2 of the project will officially commence in April 2024 and is expected to be completed by early 2025, encompassing three main stages:
- Survey and Analysis: Assess the current state, identify requirements, and design solutions.
- Implementation, Testing, and Handover: Following a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) approach with feature clusters
- Project Summary: Evaluation, acceptance, and official operation.
One of the crucial factors for the project's success is a systematic implementation approach, distilled from over 10 years of ERP deployment experience, combined with a deep understanding through their longstanding collaboration in Phase 1.
