EVNPECC3: Advancing Digital Transformation with Phase 2 of Enterprise Management System Implementation

On March 27, 2024, at the headquarters of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (EVNPECC3), a significant milestone in EVNPECC3's digital transformation journey was marked by the contract signing ceremony for the implementation of Phase 2 of the Enterprise Management System between Viindoo Technology Joint Stock Company (Viindoo) and EVNPECC3. The ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both sides, affirming the importance and high expectations for this project.

Success of Phase 1 and Vision for Phase 2

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, Viindoo and PECC3 continue their collaboration based on a strong foundation of trust and connection. Phase 2 of the project is expected to meet higher goals, taking both companies further in their development and optimization of enterprise management.


Mr. Lac Thai Phuoc, Chief of Executive Officer of EVNPECC3, emphasized, "The implementation of the ERP system is an essential part of EVNPECC3's development strategy. Phase 2 will focus on integrating modules, connecting data across departments, and deeply leveraging digitized data." He also expressed his expectation that the project will help EVNPECC3 maximize the benefits of ERP, such as inter-departmental coordination, management automation, data forecasting, and supporting decision-making based on accurate data.

Implementation Roadmap for Phase 2

Phase 2 of the project will officially commence in April 2024 and is expected to be completed by early 2025, encompassing three main stages:

  1. Survey and Analysis: Assess the current state, identify requirements, and design solutions.
  2. Implementation, Testing, and Handover: Following a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) approach with feature clusters
  3. Project Summary: Evaluation, acceptance, and official operation.

One of the crucial factors for the project's success is a systematic implementation approach, distilled from over 10 years of ERP deployment experience, combined with a deep understanding through their longstanding collaboration in Phase 1. Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan, CEO of Viindoo gave an insightful talk on digital transformation experiences, highlighting common barriers and introducing methodologies along with real case studies successfully applied by Viindoo in ERP implementation. The talk provided an opportunity for parties to exchange, learn, and open up effective future cooperation.
