These were the sincere insights shared by Viindoo experts at Cafe Kei - a series of beneficial activities for all businesses within the Kind Business Community KEIEIJUKU Vietnam (Keieijuku Vietnam).

On the morning of June 20th, the Kei Community successfully organized Cafe Kei 7 with the topic "Effective AI Application Tips and Digital Tools for Optimizing Customer Experience" at Manufacturing & Trading Dulico Co., Ltd. - a community member.

The program featured guests, experts, and speakers in the fields of Customer Experience, Management, Technology, and nearly 120 members.

At this event, Viindoo provided practical perspectives on AI applications with useful daily work tips and digital solutions to enhance customer experience, helping businesses increase revenue and reduce costs efficiently.

We often hear about AI, and many have experienced it, but not everyone leverages its power for more efficient work. At Cafe Kei, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hue, Marketing Manager at Viindoo, demonstrated the various aspects where AI can assist, showing how everyone from CEOs to employees can use it to save time.

Additionally, the topic of digital solutions for optimizing customer experience garnered significant interest from many businesses. Throughout the customer journey of each business, there are numerous touch points with customers, such as a sales employee, a customer care call, an article, or an email. All of these influence whether the customer completes the journey to make a purchase and become a loyal customer. How can we apply digital technologies to optimize these customer touch points? This question was addressed by Ms. Vu Thanh Tam, Deputy Manager of Sales at Viindoo, in the next part of the event.

During the event, the Keieijuku Community officially launched its Advisory Board, featuring leading experts in Customer Experience, Management, Finance, and Technology:

  • Ms. Dang Thuy Ha - Master in Marketing from Solvay Business School - Belgium, Northern Regional Director of Nielsen Vietnam with over 20 years of experience in Market Research – Customer Insights, industry, and customer service understanding.
  • Ms. Pham Thi Quyen - Auditing and Accounting Expert, Senior Inspector, Deputy Head of the State Audit Inspectorate, with nearly 30 years of practical experience in accounting, inspection, and auditing.
  • Ms. Nguyen Thị Lien - Digital Transformation Strategy Expert, USAID IPSC Project Expert, CCO Viindoo with nearly 15 years of experience in enterprise management and technology application consulting.
  • Mr. Ngo Van Tau - Chairman and CEO of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM - IT Expert with over 20 years of experience.

Participants brought up various "problems" their businesses were facing, which the advisors addressed during the panel discussion. Insights shared by the Advisory Board, such as "don't let money slip away," "change daily usage habits," "don't let technology use us," "product is king, customers are esteemed guests," and "successfully applying technology from small segments to easily expand across the business," are hoped to help businesses improve operational efficiency, enhance business performance, and deliver better customer experiences.
