Navigate to Apps.
Search with keyword viin_document_hr_recruitment.
Press Install.
Instruction
Auto-generated data
After installing the app, the system will automatically generate sample data, go to Documents > Configuration:
Mark as Recruitment Done, Mark as Recruitment Cancelled actions: select actions on the document to automatically add/replace the corresponding tags.
Team Recruitment: users added to this team will see recruitment documents.
Tags: files and links in the Documents app classified and sorted by tags and tag categories.
Workspaces: the Recruitment Workspace will be automatically generated to contain all attached documents related to the recruitment request.
Document Generation Rule: The Applicant rule will be automatically created with actions that allow the syncing of attachments from the Recruitment app to the Documents app.
Note: You can create other Document Generation Rules using system-generated data.
Usages
1. Upload attachments
On the create new applicants view of the Recruitment app, in the Chatter area, select the Paperclip icon and Add Attachment to attach related documents such as CV, diploma, resume, etc.
2. Check the attached documents
Once you have attached the document on the applicant creation view, go to the Documents app, select the Recruitment workspace and you will see it. When clicking on the document, the right side of the screen will show the actions that have been set. You can refer to details on how to use these actions in the Document approval article.
