- Just click on the "Recognize customer" button on the lead/opportunity form, users can quickly re-identify existing customer information.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_crm_customer_recognition.
- Press Install.

How it work
Instruction video: Lead/Opportunity Customer Recognition
Step 1: Create a new lead/opportunity in CRM and enter the information you have (email, phone number or mobile phone number).
Step 2: Click on the Recognize Customer button and the remaining information of the customer will appear on this opportunity.
Note:
- The customer information must already be saved in the system's contact.
- When your fast-create a new opportunity from the Pipeline, the customer information will be auto-recognized without having to press the Recognize Customer button.
