The hours a ticket actually cost
Timesheets on helpdesk tickets, against the team's project - so support time is recorded, reported and billable like any other work.

At a Glance
The facts of Helpdesk Timesheet Integration, version 0.2.3, in one place. Published by Viindoo.
How It Works
Three screens.
The ticket carries its hours
Each entry with its description, the person and the duration.
In the same timesheet data
Support lines sit next to project lines, named after the ticket they came from.
Across the desk
Nothing changes about stages, teams or SLA.
What You Get
A timesheet table on the ticket
Lines written against the helpdesk team's project
Timesheets on tickets enabled per team
Hours roll up on the ticket and into analytic reporting
Timesheet lines name the ticket they belong to
Restricted to timesheet users, like the rest of Odoo's time data
More Screens
Everything below was taken on a database seeded with real business data, on this series - not a mock-up and not a screenshot from an older version.

What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
Timesheets are analytic lines; they need somewhere to land.
Invoicing support time is a sales decision, on the order or the contract.
That is the helpdesk timer module - this records the lines.
Timesheets on tickets are switched on per team.
