What This App Does Not Do
Read this before you buy. Everything below is something the app deliberately leaves to another app or to you.
Involving a manager in an approval is not the same as granting them the project.
The route comes from the approval type.
This is a bridge to the approval engine.
The field is optional for exactly that reason.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does OmniApproval™ - Project & Task Approvals do?
Project, task and milestone on the approval request - and the project's managers pulled into the approval automatically.
What does OmniApproval™ - Project & Task Approvals not do?
It does not change project rights. Involving a manager in an approval is not the same as granting them the project. It adds context, not a workflow. The route comes from the approval type. It needs OmniApproval. This is a bridge to the approval engine. Milestones must exist to be referenced. The field is optional for exactly that reason.
Who is OmniApproval™ - Project & Task Approvals for?
Project manager: Receives the requests that concern their project. Requester: Names the project once; the routing follows. Finance: Sees which project an approved amount belongs to. Administrator: Sets per approval type what a request must carry.
Which Odoo version and editions does it support?
Odoo 17.0 - Odoo Community, Odoo Enterprise, Viindoo Cloud. Upgrades to a newer Odoo series are a separate purchase for that series.

It installs on top of: viin_approval_analytic, project. Odoo installs them with it.
How do I set it up?
Three screens.
What works well with it?
OmniApproval (viin_approval): The engine this extends. Sales and Project Approvals (viin_approval_sale_project): The sales side of the same flow. Project Gantt (viin_project_gantt): The plan the request is about.
Can I try it before buying?
