Thiết lập ban đầu
Bạn truy cập vào Kho vận > Cấu hình > Kiểu Giao nhận, tìm đến kiểu giao nhận bạn muốn chặn/thiết lập tính năng Cho phép xử lý vượt quá số lượng nhu cầu: Bấm Sửa để bỏ tích chọn nếu bạn muốn chặn các phiếu kho có số lượng hàng hoàn thành nhiều hơn số lượng nhu cầu.
Ghi chú: Tính năng này có thể áp dụng cho các Kiểu hoạt động khác nhau như Nhận hàng, Dịch chuyển Nội bộ, Sản xuất,...
Luồng hoạt động
Bước 1: Tạo phiếu dịch chuyển kho.
Bạn truy cập Kho vận > Giao nhận > Tạo, tạo phiếu dịch chuyển sử dụng Kiểu Giao nhận bạn đã thiết lập ở trên, bấm Đánh dấu Cần làm.
Bước 2: Chỉnh sửa số lượng Hoàn thành nhiều hơn số lượng Nhu cầu.
Trên phiếu dịch chuyển này, bạn bấm Sửa và bấm vào biểu tượng danh sách để nhập số lượng Hoàn thành nhiều hơn số lượng Nhu cầu.
Bước 3: Phần mềm không cho phép xác nhận phiếu dịch chuyển.
Khi bạn bấm Xác nhận phiếu dịch chuyển, phần mềm không cho phép xác nhận và hiển thị cảnh báo cụ thể về Số lượng hoàn thành không được lớn hơn số lượng nhu cầu ban đầu, số lượng Nhu cầu ban đầu, số lượng Hoàn thành.
Để có thể xác nhận phiếu dịch chuyển, bạn bắt buộc phải nhập số lượng Hoàn thành bằng hoặc ít hơn số lượng Nhu cầu.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
