Phân hệ này là một phân hệ bổ trợ mỏng dành riêng cho MISA meInvoice trên POS. Phân hệ không tự vẽ biên lai riêng: nó ánh xạ các định danh hóa đơn điện tử của MISA vào khối công bố thông tin trên biên lai POS trung lập nhà cung cấp mà l10n_vn_viin_edi_pos đã hiển thị sẵn cho mọi nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử, đồng thời quyết định khi nào POS cần thử lại việc in công bố đó vì MISA chưa trả về mã kịp. Khi một đơn hàng POS được phát hành hóa đơn điện tử qua MISA meInvoice, biên lai in ra sẽ hiển thị đúng công bố pháp lý theo Nghị định 123 như mọi nhà cung cấp khác - không có bố cục riêng cho MeInvoice.
1. Cài đặt phân hệ này cùng với hai phân hệ tiên quyết.
- Truy cập Ứng dụng và đảm bảo l10n_vn_viin_accounting_meinvoice (bộ tích hợp MISA meInvoice) và l10n_vn_viin_edi_pos (biên lai POS hóa đơn điện tử dùng chung) đã được cài đặt - phân hệ này phụ thuộc vào cả hai và chỉ bổ sung phần ánh xạ cùng logic thử lại riêng của MISA.
2. Chọn MISA meInvoice làm Nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử của công ty.
- Truy cập Kế toán > Cấu hình > Thiết lập và mở phần Hóa đơn điện tử Việt Nam.
- Chọn MISA meInvoice ở trường Nhà cung cấp và điền thông tin kết nối, như mô tả trong hướng dẫn sử dụng của E-Invoice - Misa meInvoice Integrator.
3. Phát hành hóa đơn điện tử MISA meInvoice cho đơn hàng POS.
- Tại màn hình thanh toán POS, bật tùy chọn xuất hóa đơn trước khi xác nhận thanh toán - giống như với bất kỳ nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử nào khác. Khi hóa đơn của đơn hàng được phát hành qua MISA meInvoice, biên lai in ra sẽ tự động hiển thị công bố pháp lý theo Nghị định 123.
4. Đọc công bố theo Nghị định 123 trên biên lai đã in.
- Biên lai hiển thị mã cơ quan thuế (CQT), mã tra cứu/mã bảo mật, đường dẫn tra cứu và ghi chú pháp lý dành cho máy tính tiền - lấy từ phản hồi của MISA - theo đúng bố cục dùng chung cho mọi nhà cung cấp hóa đơn điện tử khác (Viettel S-Invoice, VNInvoice). Không có gì trên màn hình này là riêng của MeInvoice: phân hệ này chỉ cung cấp đúng giá trị cho khung hiển thị dùng chung.
5. Tự động thử lại khi MISA chưa trả về mã.
- MISA phát hành hóa đơn điện tử một cách bất đồng bộ (thông qua tác vụ theo lịch), nên mã cơ quan thuế hoặc số hóa đơn hợp pháp có thể chưa sẵn sàng ngay khi đơn hàng được thanh toán. Trong trường hợp đó, POS sẽ tự động thử lại một số lần giới hạn trước khi in những thông tin đã có, để việc thanh toán không bị chặn lại vì chờ MISA.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
Bạn có thể phát triển các phân hệ Odoo có sử dụng Phần mềm như một Thư viện (thường là phụ thuộc vào, nhập vào và sử dụng nguồn của nó) nhưng không sao chéo bất kỳ mã nguồn hay tài liệu nào thuộc Phần mềm. Bạn có thể phân phối những phân hệ này theo giấy phép mà bạn lựa chọn, miễn sao nội dung giấy phép đó tương tích với điều khoản của Giấy phép Phần mềm Độc quyền Odoo (ví dụ: LGPL, MIT hay bất kỳ loại giấy phép phần mềm độc quyền nào tương tự vậy).
