What does Event Timesheet not do?

1. Tạo dự án và các nhiệm vụ liên quan tới sự kiện
Để quản lý công việc liên quan tới một sự kiện, bạn có thể tạo dự án cho sự kiện đó và các nhiệm vụ liên quan bằng cách bấm nút Tạo dự án trên giao diện của sự kiện trong ứng dụng Quản lý Sự kiện.
Sau đó, bạn tiếp tục tiến hành tạo các nhiệm vụ cần thực hiện cho sự kiện này cũng như phân công nhân sự tương ứng.
2. Chấm công cho sự kiện
Trong quá trình thực hiện các công tác liên quan tới sự kiện, bạn cần đồng thời chấm công trên các nhiệm vụ mình được giao.
3. Theo dõi thống kê số giờ chấm công của sự kiện
Tổng số giờ chấm công đã ghi nhận cho một sự kiện sẽ được hiển thị trên nút thống kê trên giao diện của sự kiện đó.
Bên cạnh đó, bạn có thể dễ dàng theo dõi đồng thời số giờ chấm công của nhiều sự kiện trên danh sách sự kiện.
Trên báo cáo Phân tích Sự kiện, Số giờ chấm công cũng được bổ sung một thước đo mới, hỗ trợ việc theo dõi các hoạt động của sự kiện một cách hiệu quả và linh hoạt.
Phần mềm này và các tệp liên kết ("Phần mềm") được sử dụng (chạy, tuỳ biến, chạy sau khi được tuỳ biến) chỉ khi bạn mua được giấy phép có hiệu lực từ tác giả, điển hình như qua các Ứng dụng Odoo, hoặc trong trường hợp bạn nhận được thoả thuận bằng văn bản từ tác giả của Phần mềm (chi tiết tại tệp COPYRIGHT).
